Commercial Loan Originator - Private Mortgage Department

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Loan Originator. The Commercial Loan Originator will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, analyzing financial information and creditworthiness of clients, underwriting and evaluating loans, and managing the loan origination process from application to closing.

This role primary will be originating loans from our in house private mortgage debt fund as well as through our relationships with DSCR wholesale lenders. The originator will be working with outside mortgage brokers, real estate investors, builders & developers, as well as commercial property owners to assist with bridge loans, ground up construction, and small balance commercial loans. Property types include 1-4, multifamily, land, and other commercial properties.

Qualifications:
- Underwriting and Loan Origination skills
- Mortgage and Loan experience
- Finance knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in investment and commercial real estate lending is a plus
- NMLS license is generally not required (*certain loan types in some states do require NMLS licensing)

Loan Originator - Private Mortgage Department

We are looking to hire mortgage loan originators for our Private Lending Department. We are looking for performance-driven originators to develop a consistent stream of mortgage loans from borrowers, brokers, and realtors nationwide. We are looking for originators who are passionate and focused on developing strategic partnerships and boosting loan production nationwide. Candidates should have previous mortgage origination experience, preferably with non-owner, occupied residential investment properties with a focus on fix and flip, bridge, and rental property loans.
Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:
- Loan origination experience: Minimum 5 years  
- No NMLS license needed
- Develops and maintains business relationships with new and repeat borrowers and referral partners including mortgage brokers, realtors, and developers to generate mortgage leads.
- Pre-qualify loans and review loan submission packages to determine credit approval.
- Provide customer service and loan support to in-house borrowers.
- Strong outside sales ability, communication, customer-service, people, and organizational skills.
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Senior Mortgage loan originator

We are looking for senior mortgage loan originators with 5 years or more of industry experience and a book of business. Mortgage loan originator (Inside Sales)

We are looking for mortgage loan originators who are able to originate mortgage loans through company-received leads. We will provide leads from inbound and outbound inquiries received from new and repeat borrowers, real estate agents, and other referral partners. While this is an inside sales position that does not require generating new leads, we prefer that candidates take the initiative to prospect their own leads to help meet production goals.

- 2 years of experience in mortgage origination in a financial institution, mortgage company or related field.
- Hawaii NMLS (active and in good standing)
- Strong inside sales ability, communication, customer-service, people, and organizational skills.

Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking a mortgage loan processor to work in our fast-paced office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is detailed-oriented and loves a challenge. Whether you are new to the mortgage industry or are a seasoned processor, the right candidate for this position would need to possess the right skill set and be committed to their personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Compiles data to complete loan files
- Identifies and orders supporting loan documents (appraisals, employment verifications, deposit verifications, etc.)
- Communicates with borrower to obtain missing documentation
- Submits files to Underwriting after reviewing for completeness
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with all vendors
- Responsible for final loan approval with quality and in a timely manner
- Work with your processing team to achieve set goals
- Reports detailed loan status to Operations Manager
