Mortgage Loan Processor


Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking a mortgage loan processor to work in our fast-paced office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is detailed-oriented and loves a challenge. Whether you are new to the mortgage industry or are a seasoned processor, the right candidate for this position would need to possess the right skill set and be committed to their personal and professional growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties
Compiles data to complete loan files
Identifies and orders supporting loan documents (appraisals, employment verifications, deposit verifications, etc.)
Communicates with borrower to obtain missing documentation
Submits files to Underwriting after reviewing for completeness
Communicate efficiently and professionally with all vendors
Responsible for final loan approval with quality and in a timely manner
Work with your processing team to achieve set goals
Reports detailed loan status to Operations Manager

Qualifications and Skills
Detailed-oriented
Great time management skills and knows how to meet deadlines
Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal skills
Financial or real estate background a plus
Team Player
Quick learner
Able to think outside the box
Able to handle stressful situations
Excellent customer service
