Loan Originator Overview  
We offer exciting opportunities for motivated loan originators to join our team of industry experts. From entry-level to senior-level mortgage advisors, we will support your success with expansive loan products, correspondent pricing flexibility, full-service in-house processing, marketing and CRM systems, loan officer branded app, and competitive compensation plans.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Senior Loan Officer
 
We are looking for senior loan officers with 5 years or more of industry experience with a book of business. Candidates will want to enter a new stage in their careers and focus on one of the biggest impacts on production: building relationships and obtaining new business. We are looking for energetic, people-oriented applicants who are prepared to work in a fast-paced environment focused on efficiency, growth, and professional development. Our team is extremely client-focused, both in transparency and service. Having an ethical, long-term approach on business and relationships is a must for potential applicants. Full benefits and aggressive compensation programs are available for top producers.
Qualifications:
- Loan origination: 5 years  
- Hawaii NMLS (active and in good standing)
- Develops and maintains business relationships with new and repeat customers and referral partners including realtors, developers, and financial planners to generate mortgage leads
- Strong outside sales ability, communication, customer-service, people, and organizational skills
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-Time

Loan Officers – Inside Sales
We are looking for loan officers who are able to originate mortgage loans through company-received leads. We will provide leads from inbound and outbound inquiries received from new and repeat borrowers, real estate agents, and other referral partners. While this is an inside sales position that does not require generating new leads, we prefer that candidates take the initiative to prospect their own leads to help meet production goals.  
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in mortgage origination in a financial institution, mortgage company or related field
- Hawaii NMLS (active and in good standing)
- Strong inside sales ability, communication, customer-service, people, and organizational skills
- Preferred: Outside sales ability. An existing client base and referral partners including realtors, developers and financial planners  
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-Time

Loan Officers - Entry-Level  
Are you interested in a career in the mortgage loan origination and real estate industry? If so, we are looking for candidates who are eager and motivated to learn how to be a successful mortgage loan originator. We will provide training and guidance to help you to grow and succeed in this rewarding career, including earning a Hawaii NMLS license and the latest mortgage products and sales tactics.
